I've only used it once but I like the quality & ease of operation
After 1 week, I'm so happy I made this purchase. Due to the scare of contacting the COVID virus, I've been missing out on regular facials. My skin seems to be suffering with breakouts and signs of stress. I'm thrilled that I can use the LED lights at home and at my convenience. I've been using the lights everyday and I can see my skin is clearer and there seems to be less breakouts.
Also, the customer service for this device is excellent. Upon arrival, I had a small issue with one of the panels (probably due to shipping). I contacted customer service and received a new panel within days. It's good to know someone is available to help if needed.
